How is Signature Chauffeur different from Uber?

A standard Uber matches you with the nearest available driver in whatever car they have. With Signature, you book a luxury black SUV and a chauffeur dedicated to your trip, arranged ahead of time around your schedule.

That is why the right comparison is Uber Black or Uber Black SUV, not UberX. Against those premium options, our pricing is competitive and can be lower, depending on the trip.

Isn't a chauffeur more expensive than Uber?

Compared with a standard Uber, usually yes, because you're booking a different service. Compared with Uber Black SUV, our quote can come in lower. Rideshare prices change with time of day and demand, so we don't promise we're always cheaper.

The easiest way to know is to request a quote for your trip and compare it with the app price for the same ride.

How does your pricing work? Is there a minimum?

Every trip is quoted individually. Send us your pickup, destination, date, time and number of passengers, and we reply with a price.

Hourly bookings have a 2-hour minimum. If your trip includes mileage charges, extra stops or waiting time, your quote lists them up front so there are no surprises.

Do you only do weddings and special events?

No. Much of what we do is everyday transportation: airport transfers, business meetings, client pickups and full workdays with multiple stops. Events are only one part of the service.

Which areas and airports do you serve?

All of Greater Los Angeles: Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. That includes LAX, Burbank, Van Nuys, Long Beach, John Wayne, Ontario and Palm Springs airports.

What vehicles do you use?

Black Chevrolet Suburbans and GMC Yukons. Both are full-size, three-row SUVs with room for passengers and luggage. Pick one on the quote form, or choose "No preference" and we'll assign the right vehicle for your trip.
